SK Estabb Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) engages in the design, production, and installation of architectural decorative works, including plaster molding, foam molding, and GRC components, as well as other architectural and structural decoration services.
The Company is committed to conducting business with honesty, transparency, and professionalism, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

1. Policy for Product Sales

1.1 Product Delivery
The Company delivers products through reliable logistics providers and will notify customers of the delivery schedule in advance.
If the delivery is delayed for more than seven (7) days beyond the stated schedule, customers may contact the Company for delivery updates or request a refund in accordance with the applicable terms.

1.2 Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it, provided that the product has not yet entered the production or delivery process.
For customized or made-to-order products, the Company reserves the right to decline cancellation requests once production has begun.

1.3 Product Returns
The Company accepts product returns only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged during transportation
• The product does not match the confirmed purchase order
  For all other circumstances, the Company reserves the right to decline product returns or refunds.

2. Policy for Service Provision

2.1 Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel their service order no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled installation date to be eligible for a partial refund, calculated based on actual costs incurred.
Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for any refund of deposits or advance payments.

2.2 Refund Policy
In cases where the Company is unable to complete work on schedule or deliver as agreed, the customer may request a refund or alternative compensation.
Refunds are granted only after an internal review confirms that the issue arose from the Company’s fault.
The review process will be completed within 15–30 business days.

3. Amendments to This Policy
The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement this Business Policy at any time without prior notice, to ensure consistency with the nature of its products, services, or changing business conditions.
