GRC
Glassfiber Reinforced ConcreteGRC (Glassfiber Reinforced Concrete) is a concrete material into which specially formulated glass fibers are mixed to increase strength and toughness—especially tensile strength, flexural strength, and to minimize surface cracking. It’s ideal for thin, complex shapes such as decorative wall panels, façade cladding, cornices, columns and column bases, or various sculptural elements.
Properties

Lightweight: only 10–20 mm thick and 3–4 times lighter than conventional concrete

High tensile and flexural strength: glass fibers prevent easy cracking

Easy to mold: well suited for thin, freely shaped castings

Weather resistant: suitable for exterior use

Non-combustible: fire-safe for architectural applications
Typical Applications

- façade cladding
- cornices, columns, column bases
