Production and Testing Equipment

SK ESTAB continually enhances its capabilities—not only by upgrading our manufacturing equipment and facilities but also by investing in new mold-making technologies such as CNC foam routers, CNC wood cutters, PVC printers, and 3D scanners.

These tools allow us to produce highly complex molds with ease. In addition, we’ve equipped our facility with state-of-the-art testing instruments and wireless installation tools to reduce on-site risks—just a few examples of our latest upgrades.

1. Flexural Testing
We perform bending tests on Glassfiber Reinforced Concrete (GRC) samples to evaluate their flexural strength and ensure they meet structural requirements.

2. Fire-Resistance Testing
Before any product is delivered to a project, we assess its fire-resistance, ignition, and flame-spread properties in accordance with legal standards. Our fire-testing service uses an Intermediate Scale, Multistory Apparatus (ISMA) furnace, enabling us to certify compliance with project-specific fire standards.

3. Corrosion Testing
We conduct standardized salt-spray (acidic mist) tests to simulate aggressive environments and measure each material’s resistance to corrosion.
